映画「不都合な真実」については
以前にも このブログでご紹介しましたが
その舞台挨拶が 行われました
ゴアさんならではの わかりやすい言葉で
思いを語っておられました。
『世界中で地球の現状がどれだけ深刻か
に関しては かなり理解が広まりました。
今足りないのは、行動する意志だけ。
この行動する意志こそが 再生可能な資源なのです。
どうか、心でこの映画を受けとめ、
この問題を解決する一人となって欲しいです』
温暖化に関する講演を、ゴアさんは
もう過去３０年、続けているそうですが
それは、『一人ひとり、家族、コミュニティレベルに
直接 伝えることの”強さ”を感じるから』
日々のエコのことって
誰かに「やりなさい」っていわれて
やっても続かないですもんね
自分で感じて、あぁ、そっか。で、
ようやく やってみようかな。。。という感じで
そうやって 生活のなかの
小さな何かが変わると 不思議と
急に いろんなことが
ぜんぜん違って見えてくるような気がして
で、どんどん広がっていくのかなぁと思います
もしかしたら これが
エコのことの いちばんの強みかもしれません
最後にゴアさんの印象的な言葉から。

地球もいま熱がでてしまった状態。

今こそ風邪を引いてしまった地球の体温を、もとに戻す意思を持つべき時ですよね。
地球の中にいる私達は、風邪を引き起こす細菌のようなものなのかもしれないですね。だって、その体温が上がれば生きていくのは難しくなるのですから。
