不都合な真実

みなさん　こんばんは～
コメントいただきまして　ありがとうございます。

映画つづき　になりますが。。。

An Inconvenient Truth　映画「不都合な真実」
試写　行って来ました　

アル・ゴア元アメリカ副大統領の温暖化問題に関する
講演活動を追いかけたドキュメンタリーです
本国でも社会現象になってると話題ですが。。。

この映画　すごかったです

アル・ゴア氏の講演を軸に
地球上での様々な　衝撃的な
環境変動の様子が伝えられるんですが・・・

世界中の山々から雪がなくなっている様子、
川や湖が乾上り、船だけが砂漠に残されている様子、
ホッキョクグマが100キロ泳いで氷を探した末に　
泳ぎ疲れて　溺れ死んでいく様子、
ほかにも海面上昇により　
オランダほぼ全域、NYC、北京など
世界中の都市が海の下に沈むだろうという話
など。。

環境変動により
異常気象、季節の変化、
それによる種の絶滅、奇妙な感染症と　問題は
さらに広がっています

いずれは　20万人もの難民が
生きられる場所を探して
移動するといわれています
私たちは　まさに　ホッキョクグマの運命を
たどっているように思えます

それでも　
アル・ゴア氏は　希望を捨てていません

省エネ家電の使用、
再生エネルギーを使う、などなど
できることをやっていく、この積み重ねで
CO2が1970年のレベルを下回ると
計算しているようです

余談ですが
アルゴア氏の講演回数は　
ゆうに1000回を超えるとのこと。
地道で根気の要る、そして骨太な活動を　
1960年代から
アメリカという国でつづけてきたことに
頭が下がります。
ゴアが大統領になっていたら
歴史がまるで変わっていたんじゃないか・・・
考えずにいられませんでした

この映画をご覧になる前に
中東のエネルギー問題をテーマにした
映画「シリアナ」を観ておくのが
おススメです。。。（ジョージ・クルーニーが
この作品でアカデミー助演男優賞とりましたが
「シリアナ」の製作総指揮ジェフ・スコル氏が
じつはこの映画の製作も務めています）

10月28日公開予定。
（修正です）その後、話題沸騰でより拡大した規模で上映することとなり、それに伴い公開予定が変更になったそうです。2007年新春　ＴＯＨＯシネマズ六本木ヒルズ他全国公開、ということだそうです！

★ところで　横浜の北仲Brick&White
ご存知ですか？？1920年代に建設された
ビルたち。昨年5月から今年の10月まで
クリエイターやアーティストの集合スタジオとして
利用されています
老朽化を理由に　取り壊して
横浜のヒルズみたいに50階建てに
建てかえちゃうんだそうなんですが・・・

8月6日(日）まで、北仲オープン　として一般公開
されてます。最寄りはみなとみらい線「馬車道駅」。
先日　ここの屋上から花火を見たんですが
夜は　肝だめし気分でした
トイレにいくのも　むちゃくちゃ　怖かたです（笑）

はじめまして。
一昨日、初めて「不都合な真実」を観てきました。
大橋さんのコメントの中で20万人の難民のくだりがありますが、それは1億人だったと思います。20万人の難民（現在のどこかの国の難民の数か？）の例を出し、それが1億人ともなると想像できますかという意味でアルゴア氏が言っていたと思います。
また、昨日、「不都合な真実」について田中優氏が講演していたので行ってきました。
現在、チベット、ヒマラヤ地域の氷河の崩壊が早く（他の地域の10倍の速さで溶けている）、あと数年でなくなってしまう
→　アジア全体で水不足となる　→　20～30億人が移住を余儀なくされる　との図式になるだろうとのご見解でした。
また、英国の学者の間では、地球温暖化をいつまでに停められれば間に合うか（人類が滅びることに対して）との議論が盛んで、あと10年以内に停めなければ間に合わないと考えている学者が一番多いそうです。
また、世界で戦争・紛争の起こる原因のほとんど全ては石油・天然ガス・それらのパイプライン・鉱物資源・水　のいずれかの利権と考えられるそうです。
こうした現状を考えると、憲法９条で世界平和を守ろうという考え方がいかにくだらなく（というよりはあまり意味が無いと言った方が正確ですが・・・・）、年金問題なんかどうでもいい問題に思えてきます。（このままいけば、もらう前に食料不足・水不足・戦争などで死んじゃっている可能性の方が高いと思います）
今という時代は、個人単位、家族単位、会社単位、日本単位に物事を考えるだけじゃ通用しなく、いかに一人ひとりが世界単位で物事を考えて生活・行動しなければいけない時代だということを痛感した2日間でした。

ネオコンも民主党もキリスト教的終末思想の影響を受けていることの典型的な現れである。
「不都合な真実」という題からして、誰にとって不都合で、何が隠されているのか明確ではない。毎日のテレビから、「環境に優しい」企業や製品のコマーシャルは絶えることなく、報道においても温暖化を問題視する視点以外の論調を見ることは稀だ。
「みんなが出来ることからやっていこう」という言葉は、環境に優しい商品の購買意欲を高め、「伝えていこう」という言葉は、バーバルマーケティングの促進に他ならない。
なぜマスコミ関係者やミュージシャンが名前を出すのか、それは、広告主が喜ぶからだ。

映画の制作、政治活動の資金、すべてにおいて、お金を出す誰かの存在を考えるとき「ロハス」という商標権に投資した電通を初めとした環境産業の存在を考えざるを得ないだろう。

「不都合な真実」の映画の内容どころではないほど深刻な将来が予測されております。我々には深刻な情報を政府は伝えません。各国は今、密かに原発設置を推進して回避しようとしだしましたが、間に合いません。CO2だけでない要素によって人類は滅亡します。現在この実態を説明するためにメールマガジンとホームページに掲載していますので興味のある方は観ておいてください。科学者も気づいて動いていますが表面に出てきません。

まさにおっしゃる通り、残念ですが、ロハスなんて悠長なことを言っていられる時代は過ぎていると思います。むしろ、そのキツい現実を直視したくないがためのロハスにもなってしまっているような……。ロハス自体を否定するつもりはないですが、それだけじゃ全然足りないってことを一刻も早く一人でも多く伝えていかなければですね！私もこのあとBlogやcafeglobeサイトで紹介しようと思っています。

大橋さん。こんにちは。
いつも、Blog、楽しみに読ませていただいています。
生物多様性の保全に取り組む仕事をしているにもかかわらず、生物多様性の重要性や価値をなかなか一般の方々に伝えるのが難しくて苦労してますが、大橋さんのBlogを読ませてもらって、また違った角度から理解できたりして、大変参考になっています。

さて、An Invonvenient Truth。もう、試写会ご覧になったとのこと、羨ましいです。実は、僕の環境問題への関心の原点は気候変動問題なので。（今年も国連気候変動会議に参加の予定です。）
僕のアメリカの同僚たちも、あれは凄い映画だと、みんな言ってますし、これまで気候変動問題にあまり関心のなかった友達なんかも興奮気味に語ってました。ほんと社会現象となってるみたいですね。

ブッシュ政権が京都議定書から離脱したことから、アメリカは気候変動問題に取り組んでないと思われがちですけど、州や民間レベルでは、かなりの取組が進みつつあるんですよね。州単位で、排出削減枠を設けて、排出権取引制度を立ち上げたり、民間主導の取引市場を立ち上げたり。プリウスの売り上げなんかも日本に比べれば熱狂的というぐらい売れてるみたいですね（僕のアメリカの友人が1年待ってようやく納車ということでディーラー行ったら、ディーラーから3割り増しでの買い取りを持ちかけられたそうです！）

それに比べると日本の取組って、実はまだまだ手ぬるいと思わざるを得ないですね。「のんびりロハスどころじゃない」とおっしゃるのも、ある意味同感です。ロハスってどうしても、（いい意味で）「自分」を中心に考えがちのような気がしてしまうんですけど、自然・環境の中での自分の位置づけを今一度見直した上でのロハスが必要かなと思ったりしています。

デイアフタートゥモローで地球温暖化の恐ろしさをリアルに知った者としては、不都合な真実に大変興味をもちました。笑える部分もあるとかないとか···？
映画の内容上、宣伝しにくいような場合(アメリカでは受け入れられているようですが、、)スルーしていたかも？大橋さんのブログに感謝！！

ブログを書かれているとは露知らず、今日はじめて拝見させて頂き、コメントなんておこがましいコトもしてしましました。
お許しください。不都合な真実とは無縁なコトを書きますが、
私はマキさんがフジ新人アナの頃からずっとファンでした。「いいとも」「トモコさん」「プロ野球ニュース」殆ど見てました。局アナ辞めると言った時は、少し寂しかったのですが、
ご自身の体調の具合もそうですが、自分がやりたい事をやって突き進んでいるマキさんは素晴らしいと思います。言葉下手で
スミマセン。これからも体調に気を付けて頑張ってください。
