お忙しい中、私のコメントに対するアドバイスを書いて下さりありがとうございました。すごくじーんときました。ますます素敵な夢のあるお家ですね。　最近、私の先輩が家購入を検討してるので話をよく聞きますが、なんだか大変そうで、私は家の購入ってすごく大変って思う今日この頃だったのです。マキさん「人と人の繋がりが何よりも大事というのは仕事やプライベートと」とありますが、それは以前からのご友人達の中に建築関係の方がいらっしゃったということですか？　全てがお知り合いを通して作られたものなんですか？　私にはまだまだ"家購入"は早いのですが、今のうちから勉強したいと思っていて。　またお時間があるときに教えて下さい。　お家作りは、マキさん一人でないですよね？旦那さまとは趣味というか感覚がほぼ同じですか？お家作りは意見を言い合うのも面白そうですね。　今度お家のご紹介ページをUPして下さい★マキさんのお話しによくでてくる旦那さまもマキさんと一緒に＾＾

そうなんです。テールランプや窓のレタリング、細部だけでわかったりするのでした。細部のディテールは大切です。デザイナーの方もそのあたりに気を使っておられると日経デザインで読んだことがあります。SAABのサイドの窓のレタリングはアイスホッケースティックのようなカーブだとか。そのカーブはパーツのデザインにも踏襲されます。1950年代の初代のSAABから続くデザインを感じます。うちには2台のSAABがいますが、新旧一回り（12年）離れてます。デザインテイストには共通点が多いです。同様に、最近のVolvoの車体の段になった肩のラインは往年の名車240を想起させますね。
＞でも、煙吹いたり、冷却水がもれたりと、もう大変なご老体ですがそこが愛しかったりも。
ちょっと旧い車はそれなりに手がかかりますね。うちの旧い方は1989年式ですが、4年前まで年1回くらい冷却水のホースを破ってました。不具合が見つかり思い切ってEG/AT載せ替えて今は快調。走行はトータル18万キロを超えました。それにしても、旧い車の自動車税が1割増しというのはなんか納得いきませんね。LCA（ライフサイクルアセスメント）から考えれば、旧い車を大切に乗るのもエコロジーですよね？

GWにバースデーですかぁ。イベントごとと
重なる誕生日は、ついつい忘れられがちだったり
ついでに済まされてしまったりしますよねぇ^^;
年末誕生日の友だちは、いつも年末の
ドサクサにまぎれて何がなんだかわからない
とよく言ってます。クルマは、そうです、W123です。
縦目のひとつ前です。クルマのお尻だけでわかるなんて、
すごいですねぇー。このチョコレートブラウン色が
とても気に入ってます。でも、煙吹いたり、冷却水が
もれたりと、もう大変なご老体ですがそこが愛しかったりも
します^^;カリフォルニアですかー。カリフォルニアって
アメリカともまた別の国のような印象がありますよね。
私が大学のころ２週間滞在したときは、ステイ先の家でも裸足で過ごし、お勝手口なんかはいつも開けっ放し。小さな線路が裏庭の向こうにあって、そこを裸足のままスタスタと越えていけば海でした。サーファーがいっぱいいたっけなー。
ロンドン在住の方まで、ここに立ち寄って下さってるんですね！ありがとうございます。なんとなんと、奥さまがアロマの学校に？？懐かしいですねぇ。。。私はイギリスの田舎でしたから、ロンドンには月に２～３回しか遊びに行ってませんでしたが。お金がいくらあっても足りないくらい、外食も夜遊びもかかりますよねぇ（^^;　日本から無印やユニクロを持っていってこまめに洗濯しながら着まわしたり、芽キャベツ（安い！！）を買って煮物にしたり、毎朝サンドイッチ弁当つくったり、切り詰めてたイギリスでの５ヶ月間を懐かしく思い出します。それでも６キロも増量したんだった（笑）ははは。
あ、ウェットは５ミリです。　すっごい寒がりなので
ちょうどいいみたいです。
