ナンバスキップ♪

突然ですけど、わたし、
スキップが出来ないんですよ（笑）

あの～
ナンバ歩きってあるじゃないですか？
昔のお侍さんの歩き方。
右足を前に出すとき右手を、
左足のとき左手をだすってやつ。

わたしはどうも
「ナンバスキップ」に
なっちゃうらしいんですよねぇー

むかし、高校の体育の授業で、
スキップしなさーい、って言われて、
みんないっせいにスキップしたんです。
そしたら、わたしだけ同じ側の手足がでてる（笑）
ぜんぜん無意識に。
で、
「オイ、大橋！なんかお前、変だぞ（笑）」って。
以来、
「スキッパー大橋」とか
先生に呼ばれてたんですけど。

なんか、我ながら、
ものすごい運動オンチっぽいですね。
でも、信じてください、
体育の成績はちゃんとヨカッタんですよ～

でも、スキップだけができない（恥）
ちょっとだけ剣道やってたせいなのかなー
でも、考えれば考えるほど、どうやったら手足を交互にだせるのか
わかんなくなっちゃうんです。あれは頭で考えてもダメですね。

で、
なんでスキップの話なのかっていうと、
きょう、Houstonにいる宇宙飛行士の野口さんと
回線インタビューでお話ししたんですね。
それで、無重力下での船外活動（宇宙遊泳ですね）のときの
体の動き方のお話から発展して、
お能や古武術、身体感覚の話にまでなって。

普段、わたしたちは無意識に立ったり座ったり
モノを拾ったりしてますが、
宇宙服を着てる時は、その構造上、
関節の位置も、関節の動かし方も、動く角度も、
ぜんぶ変わってきちゃうらしいのです。

だから、モノを拾うっていう動き一つとっても、
地上でやるのとは違う順番で、
身体や関節を動かしたりしなくちゃならないんですって。
つまり、宇宙服にあわせて身体の動かし方を組みあげていく、
っていう。もう、ほとんど、ロボットですよねぇ。
しかも、
アメリカの宇宙服とロシアの宇宙服とで
これまた動かし方が変わってくるそうなんですよねー。

私はもともと整体やアロマをやってるから
身体の動きっていうのに興味があるんですけど、
そのうえ、スキップできませんからねー。
身体談議がすっかりツボでした。

これを連載でどんなふうに書こうか、
今から楽しみです

ついしん、
今日、はじめて丸ビル地下１Fにある
ソトコトLOHAS　KITCHIN＆BARにいきました。
マグロ丼も卵がからめてあって、ちょっとしたところが美味しい。
しいたけサラダも。どれも素材をそのまま活かした素朴な
お料理ですが、微妙な味つけがニクイ感じです。
いろんなグッズも売ってますし、このカフェは音がいいので、
心地いいですヨ～♪１人メシでも◎でしょう！
ソトコト野崎さんがすっかり店長キマッてました☆

剣道やってるとスキップが出来ない・・・そう言われて見ると最近スキップしてないし、やってる所も見ないですね～。ちょっと待って下さい・・・出来ました☆私は中学の頃から剣道やってますが、出来ましたよV
ナンバスキップ♪言葉的には日米のコラボレーションって感じですね。小泉首相とブッシュ大統領にやって頂ければ日米関係の友好が一層深まるかも（笑）
宇宙服って外見からして確かに動き辛そうですよね、大きなぬいぐるみを着てる感じがするし。宇宙での無重力空間だからこそ動ける見たいな感じかな～？重力のある地球で着たら身動き取れなさそう、特に夏場は最悪かな（暑）
宇宙と言えば、そろそろしし座流星群の時季じゃないですか？
やっぱ、そうですよね。今ネットで見たら今週位って書いてありました。冬は寒いけど、空気が澄んでるから夜山で☆★☆★見てると街中では見られない星がた☆★くさんあってすっごく綺麗ですよね。

スキップってこうするんだよって教わった覚えが無いですよね～。
僕は出来ますが、何故出来るのかわかりません。
それと同じで出来なくても、何故出来ないのかわからないという事ですかね。

伊藤家の食卓の裏技で前にスキップ出来ないが出来るようになる裏技ってのをやってまして

　スキップが出来ない人の両サイドに出来る人が手を握って横に並び、「１，２，１，２・・・」と、声をだしながら、両サイドの２人が一緒に20ｍ～30ｍスキップして進むだけで、後は１人でスキップが出来るようになります。

といった内容。
