ショウガ論争

こんにちはー。

きのうは
四谷、用賀で、インタビューを２件うけ、
そのあと、
刊行されたばかりの翻訳本｢ハーブティーバイブル」打ち上げーっ☆
でした。

いやー。打ち上げってどうしてこんなに楽しいんでしょう（笑）

グリーンフラスコ林真一郎先生、東京堂出版上田京子さん、
デザイナー小泉まどかさん、イラストレーター長野ともこさんと。
＠用賀のSUNNY　CAFE　＆　KITCHEN

このレストランは林先生の奥様の弟さんが
Openされたばかりのイタリアンで、
気軽に立ち寄って、大切な人とのんびり過ごしたい感じのお店。
雰囲気、お味、野菜やプロッシュートなどの素材と、
どれもすばらしい！

そして、なんといっても、
ハーバリストであり薬剤師である林先生セレクトの
オリジナルブレンドハーブティーですよ。

●リラックス（バラ、ハイビスカス、ベルベーヌ）
●デトックス（解毒）（アーティチョーク、タンポポ根、スイートフェンネル）
●アフターミール（ジャーマンカモミール、ペパーミント、レモングラス）

などなど。

うーんんん
実に心憎いラインナップ。
ハーブティーって健康志向の人でもない限り、
ちょっと味が薬っぽいのがねえ～
なんてことも多いんですが、
ここのブレンドは、ハーブティ？って驚いてしまうくらいに、
飲みやすく、美味しいです。

で、

こうなると、
もう、ハーブティー談議ですよ。
林先生のハーブティー奥儀、続々！
こんな贅沢はないよねー。
女性陣、大盛りあがり。

たとえば、ジンジャー。
生姜のお茶ってミルクやハチミツをいれると、
ほんとにポカポカあったまる、幸せティーになりますが、
このジンジャーティーに、

「わたし、チューブ生姜、入れちゃうんです」
と、T出版Uさんがこっそり告白したところで、
ジンジャー論争の始まりはじまり。

えええーーーーっ！！！
アジのお刺身じゃあるまいし、
優雅なティータイムが台無しだわ、とか、
ハーブティー担当でそれはない、とか、
みんな言いたい放題（笑）

究めつけは林先生、
「それはハーブに捧げてきた僕のアイデンティティーの喪失モノです」

ひぃー、長年築いてきた、人間関係がァァァ～（；；）
倒れるUさん。

ていうのは、まあ、お酒の席の笑い話ですけどね。

紅茶にチューブショウガでも、ちゃんとあったまって、
汗もかけるみたいです。
入浴前がいいそうです。心臓バクバクしないようにだけ、
気をつけましょう☆
（ってばらしちゃいました、ごめんなさい、京子さん＾＾）

先生によれば、
生姜は乾燥させると
ショウガオールっていう鎮痛作用をもつ成分が加わるんだそうで、
風邪や寒気があって身体を温めたいときは生のすりおろし、
頭痛などのあるときはドライで、
と使い分けるのが賢いそうです。

うーん、勉強になりますねぇー

まだまだハーブティー談議、つづきますよ。
お酒好きな方、必見です。

アーティチョーク、タンポポの根、スイートフェンネルが
ブレンドされたデトックスブレンドでお酒を割ると、
肝臓を守ってくれるため、酔いにくく、
どこまでも飲めるらしい（笑）

ということで、

もちろん、実験ですよ。

デトックスブレンドそのものは、
スイートフェンネルの甘味が
タンポポやアーティチョークの苦味を押さえてくれて、
マイルドです。

で、これを、

コロナで割ったり、
レッドアイで割ったり・・・

わたしはレッドアイでしたが、
トマトの味がけっこう強いんで、
それほどハーブティーの味はでてこなかったです。
コロナでハーフ＆ハーフに割ると、いい感じで
また違った味のビールになるようです。

いつもビール１杯で血豆みたいに赤くなる私ですが、
この日は、ぜんぜん赤くなってなかった（と思われます）。
しらふなのに大騒ぎでしたが（＾＾；
お店のほかのお客さま、うるさくて、ごめんなさい＾＾；

レッドアイ、デトックス(解毒）ブレンド割り☆

アーティチョークの薬酒「チナール」っていうのも、
実際にイタリアにあるんですって。
アーティチョークの絵のラベルがついてるそうで、
かわいいんじゃないかなーと想像するんですが。
ぜひ手に入れたいですけどねぇ～

というわけで、ハーブ談議に出版業界の
裏話にと、あっというまの４時間（！）

宴もたけなわ、
卒業式のような感激のなか、
みんなで寄せ書き、、、

と、思いきや、
だんだんオフザケなノリになり、
あっというまに、落書き帳状態（笑）

あ、長野さんの教えてくれた簡単アップルパイにヒントをえて、
今朝、ラ・フランスをお砂糖とオレンジブロッサムの
ハチミツとひたひたの水で煮詰めたものを、
小豆のデニッシュにクリームチーズと一緒にはさんで
ホットサンド（ガチャって鉄板ではさむやつ）にしたら、
耳がパイ生地みたいにカリカリっとして、
なかはフワモチ☆
我ながら、美味しくて感動しました（笑）

結局、いつもどおり、食べすぎ、
炭水化物などの体内消費を高めるっていう
マテティー飲んでます＾＾；

最近、毎朝パンを焼いているんですが、昨日のブログを読んで、今朝は生姜ティーでこねて焼いてみたら、びっくりするくらい美味しかったです☆

抹茶や紅茶を使うことはよくあるのですが、ハーブティーを使っても美味しいかもしれないですね♪

パンに合いそうなハーブってありますか？

■いつも楽しく拝見しております。
『ハーブティーバイブル』出版おめでとうございます！
兄貴の勤める大型書店の神戸店でカフェ・コーナーに並んでましたので、
長時間立ち読みm(__)mしました。

今学校であらためて整体の修行中ですので、￥と脳キャパシティーに余裕がないんです！
近いうち必ず!!手に入れます。

マンションのベランダでワイルド・ストロベリーやカモミールほかを育てているんですが、
夏は元気がなかったくせに、めっきり寒くなったこの時期に白い小さな花をガンガン咲かせ
始めています。
ハーブどころか植物を育てるのは小学校以来ですので、管理に結構手を焼いています。
マキさんの本やこのブログで、ぼちぼちとティーの知識も身につけたいと思っています。

■ちょうど一年前、長野ともこさんも参加されていた神戸のアート・イベントで、
裏方のささやかなお手伝いをさせていただきました。

更新を心待ちにしているマキさんのブログで、画像とお名前に再会して驚きました！！

アナウンサー時代から見るとすっごい大人になりましたね！！キレイだなっと思いました！！
さて本題にはいります。
早く「ハーブティーバイブル」を読んでみたいです。ハーブティーは体にどんな作用があるの？っとかすっごい気になるんですよ！！だってすごい身近ですからね！しかもティーにショウガがが合うなんて知りませんでした！！今度試したいと思います(*^_^*)ティーに合うものがあれば是非紹介して欲しいなっ！！と思いました。これからも体に気をつけてお仕事と家事を両立して頑張って下さいっ(*^_^*)

今日、仕事の帰りに本屋に寄って「ハーブティーバイブル」を手に入れてきました。ゆっくり読もうと思います。
　
生姜といえば、先日、表参道の生活の木で、ジンジャーの精油を購入してきました。使ってみると、これまで持っていたもの（ラベンダーとかグレープフルーツとか）とは毛色が違って不思議な感じがします。はまりそうです（笑
でも、やっぱり生姜と言えば、寿司屋でつまむガリと緑茶の組み合わせが一番です。学生の頃、寿司屋でバイトしてたから、ってのもあるんですけど。

あ、生姜ティーもハーブティーなんですね＾＾；
ハーブティーってあんまり飲んだことないなぁって
思ったんですが、生姜ティーは寒いときや風邪っぽいときによく作ってます。
美味しいですし、ホントに温まりますよね。
でも、生と乾燥の使い分けがあったなんて…。
今度、試してみないとっ♪

体を冷やすのは良くないので、我が家では夏でも熱いお茶です。
汗をかきながらお茶するのも気持ちぃぃですね☆

ハーブティーのブレンドは奥が深そうですね。
漢方薬の処方のように、あるレシピにひとつ追加すると逆の作用になったりということもあるのでしょうか？
また、いろいろ紹介して下さい。
『ハーブティバイブル』は、ジ○ンク堂のネットショップで注文しましたが入荷待ちです。待ち遠しいなあ。

巻上公一で私も反応しました。何故に？
今年の初めの頃、とあるイベントにゲスト出演されていたライブを拝見したのですが、凄かったです（こんな表現しかできない）。
似た人を何とか証券のCMで見たのですが、その人は巻上さん当人なのだろうか。
ところで、｢ハーブティーバイブル」購入いたしました。
少しづつ読んでおります。ハーブティーの本って読んだことありませんでしたが、この本はありそうでなかった待望の本なんじゃないでしょうか？この本自体が癒しを与えてくれますし。

チューブの生姜っていろんなものが混ざってるでしょうからやはり邪道です。

アルコールに解毒効果のものを混ぜて飲むのって不思議ですね。アルコールの成分はかわらないんでしょうか？体内で反応がおきるのかな？
